Return and Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards, downloadable products, and personal care items for hygiene reasons.
Return Process:
- Email us at info@trytenacia.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.
Refunds & Processing:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong item sent), we cover return shipping costs.
